Partnering with Tom Gordon of Gordon Boatworks, I chose this boat as it is designed with fisheries such as the Indian River, Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge and
Mosquito Lagoon in mind. It also doubles as my tarpon skiff in Homosassa when the big tarpon show up in summer. The shallow, quiet, dry and stable Waterman 18 is truly the finest technical poling skiff made!
