When fishing with HotFish Charters you will be riding in a new custom built Gordon Boatworks Waterman 18! It is equipped with a 70hp Yamaha outboard
and Bob's jackplate to allow for shallow water travels. It also has a livewell, cooler for ice and drinks as well as a Power-Pole shallow water anchor system.

Partnering with Tom Gordon of Gordon Boatworks, I chose this boat as it is designed with fisheries such as the Indian River, Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge and
Mosquito Lagoon in mind. It also doubles as my tarpon skiff in Homosassa when the big tarpon show up in summer. The shallow, quiet, dry and stable Waterman 18 is truly the finest technical poling skiff made! The Waterman 18 will allow you to fish areas previously inaccessible with a conventional boat and is built in nearby
Edgewater, Florida on the North End of the world famous Mosquito Lagoon!

All necessary equipment is provided for a successful day on the water. Captain Mike uses only top quality equipment provided by the following manufacturers:

Riptide Saltwater Lures
Quantum PT spinning reels
TFO Light-Tackle Spinning and Fly rods
Sage Fly Rods
Nautillus reels
h20 Flies
Action Optics

What you should bring - Polarized Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Hat, snacks and a desire to catch fish!
I will provide water, ice, tackle and your fishing license(s).
